Head of Customer Success, Phase 3

Louise works between customers and consultants as our Customer Success Manager for Consulting. She is responsible for scoping and for matching the requirement of scope to the talented individuals she manages and amongst our wider Associate networks. Louise supports clients through the delivery of their projects ensuring customer success to the highest standards.

Louise is the active advocate of translating HR requirement into technology service delivery. A self-confessed appreciation of the challenges of ‘getting’ technology, she is a professional who can empathise and yet enthuse.
