Lauren is passionate about building great employee experiences, with a focus on cultural change as the route to better wellbeing and inclusion. With a strong belief in the business case for employee wellbeing, she is an advocate for both organisations and individuals being able to benefit from better working lives.

Lauren has previously served as a trustee for Bristol Mind, leading the development of their HR function. While with the charity, she gained a deep understanding of poor mental health, how it manifests, and its impacts on society. An MBA graduate, Lauren's dissertation examined the cultural conditions required to successfully transition a business to Agile ways of working. She is a huge advocate for Agile principles and their potential for creating more fulfilling and less stressful working environments.
