Kaya Sidhu

Kaya Sidhu currently works at the British Museum in their Human Resources department and shares a passion for diversity and inclusion, particularly in neurodiversity. She recently graduated from the London School of Economics with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources and Management. Her dissertation focused on the experiences of employees with neurodiversity by interviewing participants across multiple sectors. Since then, Kaya has published an article in the People Management magazine summarising her findings. In her spare time, Kaya gives informal advice about how workplaces could be more neurodiverse friendly and mentors new neurodiverse employees.
