Investors in People was established in 1991 by the UK government as a standard for best people practice, to tackle the UK’s productivity slump. Building on this heritage, today we’re a proud social enterprise with one purpose: to make work better for individuals, organisations, and society. Ultimately, our ambition is for 1 in 10 people in the UK to work for an IIP-accredited organisation. We support public and private sector organisations of all sizes to work towards best-practice people management. We give organisations the clarity, structure, and focus to create realistic people-centric change with confidence, in a volatile and uncertain world.
