Helen is the Chief People Officer at WHSmith plc. She has 30+ years’ experience in retailing and financial services holding senior positions at Morrisons, ASDA, Aviva, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s and The Co-op. She is a CIPD qualified HR professional with a passion for equality, inclusion, wellbeing and People Engagement within the workplace. She is also a trustee for Battersea Dogs and Cats home.
