We’re developing the skills, behaviours and mindsets for leaders and managers with our City & Guilds leadership & management offer, which is delivered by The Oxford Group and ILM, ensuring business excellence for the organisations we work with. And we’re transforming technical training in specialist disciplines such as engineering, electrical and rail through our City & Guilds Training centres, which includes Intertrain. All our work-based learning programmes are developed and delivered in partnership with industry, so that the competency and confidence gained support better prospects for people, the businesses they work for and wider society.
