He has extensive experience of supporting FTSE 100, 250 & Fortune 500 organisations drive lasting change with their people.

He is passionate about taking leaders on a journey, one that is insight-led, engaging and exciting - helping leaders think expansively, and strategically about the Future of Work and their role within it.

He is fascinated by the intersection of people, culture and strategy, with a nuanced understanding of international business having led teams across Europe, North America & APAC.

He holds a PhD in Law.
