Danielle Taylor, Talent Manager for BAM has had an impressive and rewarding career, focusing on key areas such as performance management, competency framework development, succession planning and more recently leadership development. 

BAM is a leading construction and civil engineering contractor for the UK and Ireland. With over 150 years of dedicated commitment to enhancing lives by creating sustainable environments and communities where people can live, work and thrive.

Following completion of her degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Wolverhampton in 2008, Danielle quickly identified that the development world was her real passion and joined the Learning and Development team at BAM back in 2009. Her expertise in learning and development and talent management, combined with her qualifications and experience as an Insights Discovery practitioner, and skilled facilitator really highlights her passion for fostering growth and enhancing leadership within the organisation.
