Claire Salter is an award-winning Global Employee Relations & Wellbeing Director at Burberry. She has been recognised for her creativity and innovation in her work to change Burberry’s approach to resolving workplace concerns and the development of a Resolution Hub. Claire is passionate about fostering a culture where people openly speak up in a way that achieves positive, lasting outcomes and fosters strong working relationships. Claire is a member of the Global HR Leadership Team and provides strategic advice on people-related matters, including wellbeing and high-risk employee issues.
Before joining Burberry she was the Employee Relations Lead at Arla Foods UK where she played a pivotal role in driving collaboration with trade unions and developing the approach to colleague listening. Claire has also held a number of roles where she has managed numerous change programmes and adopted original, proactive approaches that have a lasting impact on the employee experience. Prior to working in HR Claire was an employer lawyer at a global law firm.
