Claire is the Human Resources Director at Amey, a leading provider of full lifecycle engineering, operations and decarbonisation solutions for UK infrastructure and complex facilities. With over 16 years at Amey, Claire has held various roles across all HR disciplines, showcasing her versatility and deep understanding of the field. Her specialisms include wellbeing, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I), and Employee Relations (ER). Claire also undertook an 18 month secondment at GEOAmey as their HR Director, a joint venture company of Amey, further broadening her experience and expertise within the organisation.
