Change Management Lead, CIPD

Claire joined the CIPD in 2021 as Senior Communications Manager, leading on membership and behaviour change campaigns on workplace topics such as flexible working, wellbeing and skills.

 

At the end of last year, Claire moved into a Change Management role to lead on change initiatives and projects that support the organisation's transformation work.

 

Prior to joining the CIPD, Claire held communication roles at Comic Relief, Cancer Research and NSPCC. She led teams and agencies through the development and delivery for campaigns such as Red Nose Day and Stand up to Cancer.
