My journey began in hospitality operations at McDonald’s UK&I. This experience equipped me with a deep understanding of the importance of the people experience at the heart of the workplace. The next chapter of my career focused on people, from Talent Management to Learning and Development and, most recently, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. This journey allowed me to witness the power of comprehensive reward and wellbeing programmes in growing, motivating and engaging a diverse workforce, leading to my next step into Reward and Benefits. At the heart of my passion lies the belief that a well-crafted Rewards and Benefits strategy can drive employee satisfaction and boost success and the overall customer experience.
