CHAIR: Bec Normand

Rebecca (Bec) Normand is a senior governance leader with over 20 years’ experience across professional membership and not-for-profit organisations. As Head of Secretariat at the European Association for People Management, she has led major organisational and governance transformations. A member of the Chartered Governance Institute, she is also Co-Chair of CIPD’s Disability and Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group. Bec is passionate about inclusive leadership, strategic impact, and strengthening the people profession worldwide.
