Cat Randall-Smith is Head of HR for a Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, and has worked in HR for over 8 years in the IT, health and education sectors. Her last three years have been spent in transformative HR leadership roles. She's introduced DEI initiatives and led teams through rapid organisational growth.
