Caron Streeter

Caron Streeter Chartered CIPD currently serves as Head of People at Fulham Football Club since August 2022, previously holding positions such as People Manager and HR Advisor. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Assistant at Fennies Nurseries and HR Administrator at County Care Independent Living Ltd. Caron’s career also encompasses a 20 year tenure in  various roles at Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays, including Search & Content Manager and Destination Manager, Virgin provided Caron with the opportunity to transition into HR.   Educational qualifications include pursuing a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management with CIPD from November 2022 to July 2024 and achieving CIPD Level 5 from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2020.
