Volkan Bolant is an accomplished industrial engineer and MBA with extensive experience as a product leader. He has a track record in tech due diligence and experience in management consulting and business process management. Throughout his career, Volkan has built and scaled successful product and tech organizations, helping companies achieve rapid growth and international expansion. Currently, Volkan serves as the CPTO of Haiilo, a leading employee communication platform. Since joining the company in 2022, he has been instrumental in driving product-driven growth in Europe, the UK, and the US. Volkan has been responsible for building and scaling Haiilo's product and tech organization, which has enabled the company to maintain its competitive edge in the marketplace. Before joining Haiilo, Volkan served as the Group CPO of heycar from 2020 to 2021. During his tenure, he was responsible for building a global product and tech organization and developing a platform to scale for international growth. Volkan's efforts helped heycar achieve significant growth and expand its customer base globally. Prior to heycar, Volkan served as the CPO of kfzteile24 from 2017 to 2020. He led the company's efforts in building and rolling out a new eCommerce platform in six markets, as well as optimizing and automating internal processes for sales, customer care, procurement, and logistics. Under his leadership, kfzteile24 achieved remarkable success and became a leader in the automotive eCommerce space. Earlier in his career, Volkan served as the Head of Product at idealo from 2013 to 2017. He was responsible for building and optimizing B2B products for online shop partners and reengineering the company's internal finance and CRM systems. Prior to joining idealo, Volkan worked as a management consultant at Capgemini Consulting and pwc from 2010 to 2013. In this role, he focused on process and organizational transformation for banks and energy companies.
