Steve is a highly experienced People Analytics leader who is driven by a clear purpose to create client, economic and cultural impact by providing data driven insights and analytics that inform meaningful HR and Business decisions.   He delivers this through developing strong collaborative partnerships across HR and the Business. 

 Steve is also passionate about helping organisations define and then build their ‘future workforce’ that reflects their organizational strategy and how it might be informed by global technology trends such as Process Automation & Robotics, Big Data, AI, Machine Learning, etc. as well as global talent trends such as multi-generational workforces, work life balance, global talent markets etc. 

Steve was previously Head of Workforce Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning at Lloyds Banking Group.  He is now at Standard Chartered where he is Managing Director, Global Head of Workforce Management and Analytics.  He leads a team of circa 50 colleagues in London, Singapore, Bangalore and Chennai with responsibility for delivering value adding operational reporting, insight and analytics products to a global audience of HR professionals, business leaders and people leaders across 60 markets.
