Sarah’s role at the CIPD is to ensure the digital experience is focussed on the needs of our members and customers and optimised for how people use digital interfaces.
She works with colleagues across the Institute to help them explore and solve complex challenges from the user perspective, using the tools and techniques from the design and digital worlds. She is passionate about people, digital transformation and customer experience, and how to use play to deliver better work places and more creative solutions.
Sarah has worked for the CIPD for 7 years heading up Product and Customer Experience teams. Prior to CIPD, she worked for global publishers John Wiley & Sons in a variety of content and digital roles.
