Rebecca Caldeira De Almeida
Rebecca is Strategic Workforce Planning Lead at Lloyds Banking Group. Here she is responsible for successfully defining and implementing group capability in strategic workforce planning and developing a strategy and operating model that supports high impact business decisions.
Rebecca secured funding via a robust business case, recruited many new roles for the team, upskilled existing colleagues, and through a programme entitled ‘Educate, Inform, and Enthuse’ built strong HRBP enablement and advocacy for people analytics.
Over the past two years, as a result of all of the above, the team have added value across a whole range of themes including Learning Strategy, Recruitment, Redeployment, building the workforce for the bank of the future and many more.
Finally, Rebecca is an ambitious leader with broad multi-discipline experience. She has considerable experience of building high-performance teams to support the needs of customers and has a strong commercial focus. She is a regular contributor to People Analytics Working Groups around the World and is passionate about the value and impact that can be derived through people analytics.
