Professor Ilke Inceoglu
Ilke Inceoglu is Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, Interim Head of Department and Director of Research (Department of Management) at the University of Exeter Business School. Her research focuses on leadership and employee well-being, work engagement, motivation and work behaviours and age differences at work. In her recent work she examines the use of technology to increase employee well-being, working with an interdisciplinary team of colleagues.
Ilke previously worked for Surrey Business School, University of Surrey, and SHL, a global psychometric testing and management consultancy company. In her last role at SHL as Managing Scientist R&D she directed the research and product development of the UK R&D Team and was responsible for SHL’s personality and motivation assessment tools. Her work also focused on the product development for the assessment of leadership potential and performance and employee engagement, involving a range of client projects to increase employee engagement, retention and performance. Ilke is a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Chartered Scientist. Ilke is also a certified test user for Occupational Testing (Level 1 and Level 2) and an SHL certified trainer for Occupational Testing.
