I’ve been working in Learning & Development for over 10 years, starting out my career as a retail and product trainer to now heading up an L&D function. I believe that L&D can transform company success when blended into the workplace and with organisational culture.
It is very exciting to play a role in the delivery of the vision and the direction for L&D. Being involved in the development of technical qualifications as well as management & leadership programs to develop the future talent within the organisation. From the integration of a virtual learning platform across the organisation to using data to drive L&D strategy with a more blended approach to development. All of which is super exciting as long as it remains relevant for the individual and the organisation.
