Elena P. Antonacopoulou (PhD) is Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the University of Liverpool Management School, and she is Founder and Director of GNOSIS – an impactful initiative advancing collaborative research and breakthrough individual and organisational coaching. Her principal research expertise lies in the areas of Organisational Learning, Change and Knowledge Management with a focus on the Leadership implications. Elena’s work is published widely in international journals including: Academy of Management Learning and Education Journal, Journal of Management Studies, British Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Human Relations, Management Learning. She has co-edited 5 books including two new volumes (Sensuous Learning for Practical Judgment in Professional Practice) advancing innovative learning modes that enhance the impact of leadership practice. She has held many (elected and appointed) leadership roles in the top professional bodies in her field internationally expanding the agenda on practice relevance, ethics and impact. She is a multi-million research grant holder and an award-winning educator with a dedication to foster learning that makes a difference.
