Derek has led the development of Analytics solutions across some of the world’s largest Media, Retail, Finance, and Pharmaceutical brands within functions ranging from Product performance to Marketing, to Colleague Development.

Working across all aspects of people and performance data, he is currently heading up the Learning Analytics capability for Novo Nordisk. He combines data available from Degreed with a range of novel data sources to produce a holistic view of Learners and Learner Behaviours, in turn, powering a world-leading capability to run Hyper-targeted Learning Campaigns.
