Natalie is a highly experienced Executive Coach and Performance Consultant. Much of her career was spent at Thomson Reuters as Head of Operations and then Global Enablement & Performance Manager for the Sales and Customer Service Learning Academy.
Natalie now runs her own consultancy helping organisations to translate their strategic vision into performance goals and effective learning interventions.
Natalie is also an Associate Coach for Performance Consulting UK working with individuals and teams to diagnose performance problems and propose learning solutions based on the real needs of diverse and often complex teams.
Natalie believes the key to shifting performance in any business lies in thorough gap analysis, effective business partnering and the ability to hold a mirror up.
