Matt Webster heads up British Land’s approach to well-being, leading thinking and strategy, on how places and spaces can impact the way we think, feel and behave. The future-proofing element of Matt’s role focuses on how buildings can be optimised for resource efficiency and future resilience.
Matt chairs the British Land’s internal well-being committee and, as a passionate advocate of equality, also sits on the Women’s Network committee.
Matt has previously worked as a sustainability consultant for the global engineering firm Arup. Prior to that, Matt completed a Master’s degree with Forum for the Future.
