Lynda is passionate about effective communication and engagement being a key ingredient to successful cultural change and really enjoys preparing for and leading change with this at the forefront of her approach.
She believes she has been fortunate to do so in collaboration with some fantastic people and organisations; large and small and in different sectors. Work over recent years with the Christchurch and East Dorset Partnership has been recognised nationally with various awards including the 2017 CIPD Change Management award which Lynda and the team there are very proud of.
Lynda has come into the HR and OD world via a less traditional route with professional qualifications and a background in creating the environment for change via community education, youth work and project management. Although the environment for delivering services is growing more challenging Lynda is excited about the opportunities this brings for greater engagement of our workforces and developing leadership capacity and capability in order to be able to continue to deliver customer-focused services well.
