Henrietta has over 20 years of experience in delivering digital learning solutions. First working as an Account Manager, then as an Account Director with key clients in the travel industry, financial services, NHS and the Public sector.
For the past 12 years, she has worked for TUI driving the digital learning strategy. Starting with just one programme and a blank sheet of paper – the digital strategy now has individual teams focussing on operational needs, driving over 150,000 completions annually (and that’s just the tracked content).
Her multi-award winning team now focus on meeting more complex digital learning needs and this has led her to launch two successful AI driven programmes over the past year. One solution delivering 140 modules in just 8 weeks using WildFire, with huge savings in both time and money, as well as increasing sales.
