Biography

Andrea leads the development of the employee experience and HR policy across all elements of the lifecycle from resourcing, learning and talent through to performance and reward. Her focus is on the creation of a simple but distinctive employee value proposition that enables the Partnership to attract, motivate and retain the talent and capabilities it needs now and in the future.

Andrea has held a number of people leadership roles within the business including Head of HR for the John Lewis department stores and Head of Engagement in which she had responsibility for employee voice channels including representative bodies and employee surveys.

Prior to joining the John Lewis Partnership, Andrea’s career spanned HR and change leadership roles across a number of sectors in the UK and internationally, including financial services, hotels & hospitality and infrastructure.
