Since joining Google in 2011, Aimee has worked as an internal organizational development consultant across a completely diverse set of internal clients, including Tech, Sales and, most deeply, Google Cloud, helping leaders, managers and teams be more effective. Prior to Google, she held various communications and leadership roles across politics and start-ups, including working as the Deputy Operations Director in Ohio for the Barack Obama presidential campaign.
At Google, Aimee has worked almost exclusively with global teams. Recent projects in Cloud & Tech utilized her expertise in building team effectiveness after a massive internal change and crafting long-term strategic people plans alongside senior leaders to manage the growing complexity in their organization.
Originally from the USA, Aimee has enjoyed an international career that has seen her life and work across Europe & America and is a frequent speaker on learning, people & data at international conferences, including CIPD Learning and HR Tech Europe. She is a certified practitioner across multiple learning methodologies and is an internal Innovation Coach, as well as a senior facilitator of manager and leadership programs.
She holds a B.A in International Relations from Northwestern University and is on the Board of Trustees for Magic Me, an arts charity based in rainy – but amazing – London, where she lives with her husband Steven and their completely rambunctious 1-year old, Cecil.
