Sonia Stocker

I am a transformation leader who loves bringing people together to make the complex simple(r) and bringing energy and curiosity to the world. I spent 20 fantastic years super-charging the behavioural and cultural agenda in media/ tech organisations such as Sky, Technicolor and Virgin Media learning about people, culture and the corporate workplace. The last 10 years have orbited me into the world of workplace change where I’ve partnered with some established and other niche organisations to explore and bring to life the future of work. 

Outside of the corporate world, I’m a mum and a socio-political explorer … on a path to challenge broken systems, break redundant old ‘rules’ and open the doors that will serve the world (and my daughters) better than they are served today.
