Naomi Thompson

Naomi Thompson is Head of Organisational Development (OD) at Benenden Health and is responsible for building its people strategies and any large transformational changes in workplace culture. Naomi has over 15 years' experience in similar roles across other financial organisations, overseeing company-wide quality processes as well as developing organisational policies and structures. During Naomi's time as Head of OD at Benenden Health, she has overseen the implementation of values, behaviours and competency frameworks, and strategies such as Health and Wellbeing, Employee Engagement, Give Back, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Learning and Development and Talent Management strategies and initiatives.
