Naomi Thompson

Naomi is Head of Organisational Development at Benenden Health, heading up a team responsible for driving organisational effectiveness, with an approach that aligns business strategy, people, and process to achieve improvements to business performance and employee engagement.  She has an Executive MBA, is a Fellow Chartered Manager and a CIPD qualified OD specialist with many years of experience of building and leading high performing teams, people strategies and large transformational change.

Naomi is passionate about building a workplace culture where people thrive and are highly engaged. She also has an interest in how the health and wellbeing of employees is impacted by the workplace, and how that in turn impacts company performance.
