As the Performance Management Lead at Publicis Groupe, Lily manages the support and execution of the global performance management strategy in order to motivate, inspire and grow both employees and managers. 

Ever looking to improve talent practices, she is passionate about getting the best from our talent data, removing process blockages and creating approaches that are agile and easy to engage with.

Her early HR career saw her covering the full employee lifecycle, from resourcing to onboarding, employee relations to early careers.

Lily holds a BA in Philosophy from University of Warwick, is an accredited learning and development professional and a CIPD Associate Member.
