Jerome has been at the frontline of HR for over thirty years working at Director level and as the Founder of HR Duo, he brings a new vision to the delivery of HR that is focussed on changing HR provision in SMEs for the better. He is particularly interested in the role of technology and the interplay between people, knowledge and systems.
