The vast Grand Hall will be home to our Festival. An event in itself, the Festival provides all our visitors with a vibrant, entertaining and engaging space to meet suppliers, network with peers, engage in free CPD at a range of free learning events, recharge and replenish with interesting world cuisine, or to find a quiet spot to reflect.

For the first time there will be a dedicated HR Technology conference stream: the Future of HR Technology and Digital Working. And last, but no means least, there’s the Learning and Development festival zone where you can network in a buzzing festival atmosphere that brings the future of work to life.

Free learning: 60 CPD sessions for Festival visitors

Over the two days of the Festival we’ll host 60 free learning sessions for festival visitors. Each of the three Festival zones (Future of Work, HR Technology and Learning and Development) includes a free learning stage where each day 10 experts will present case studies, research and tech-based solutions to people issues.

No booking required. Do arrive early in order to guarantee your seat. (Please note accessible seating is provided across the event – please note your requirements when booking and speak to the help desk at the entrance to the event.)

Opening keynote and 18 speakers announced

We are delighted to announce that the opening keynote on the 12th June 2019 will be presented by Garry Kasparov (Chess Grandmaster, former World Chess Champion, Chair of the Human Rights Foundation, and Best-Selling Author). Join Garry for his keynote: “The Future of Work is Human – Where Machine Intelligence Ends and Creativity Begins”. 

He will be joined by a stellar roster of 130+ speakers over 2 days including: Matthew Taylor (Chief Executive, Royal Society of Arts), Helen Moulinos (Chief Operating Officer, Stonewall), René Carayol MBE (Author, Specialist & Advisor on Leadership, Business Transformation & Culture), Jaimini Lakhani (Change Director, British Council) and many more.
