Now, I lead an international team of 15 designers and producers where everyone can work around their personal commitments and choices.

How on earth am I a global keynote speaker and a Belonging leadership coach?! Growing up I always felt that I had a lot to say especially when it comes to inequalities and injustice. But my shyness and lack of confidence was crippling, the feeling of fear, being judged and getting it wrong. Limiting beliefs seemed to be my safe space and comfort zone.  What I noticed throughout my life was, the more I resisted the more the feeling to speak up persisted… but how was I going to overcome the fear of being seen and heard? I then realised my passion was stronger than my fear and resistance was futile.
