Charles Hipps founded Oleeo (previously known as WCN) in 1995 and the platform quickly became the supplier of choice for the UK public sector. An innovator by nature, Charles has never stopped looking for new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition. Having been at the forefront of utilizing data-driven automation to aid recruitment teams, Charles went on to develop the first diversity benchmarking tool for recruiters.
