Alex Rainger

Alex is the HR Director for Logistics UK. a membership organisation that ‘supports, shapes and stands up for safe and efficient logistics across the UK’ She has over 25 years’ experience across a broad range of sectors in a variety of HR and operational roles. Those that have worked with her have described her leadership style as ‘human and authentic’ with a very straightforward communication style, always comfortable to share her view even if it might be controversial. She is Mum to two teenage boys which has enabled her to ‘super charge’ her ability to navigate many work and home based challenging situations in a diplomatic and agile way.
