Never exhibited at a virtual event before and don’t know what to expect? No worries. To help you, here are some top tips and key information that will help you make the most out of your virtual festival experience.

Generate more leads
When speaking with attendees in your stand chat room, we advise you to ask for their email addresses during the conversation. If the person has opted out, we are not able to provide you with any of their details after the event.

Tag your attendees
You can set up tags that are only visible to your booth reps to help you categorise the attendees. For instance, you might like to tag an attendee as ‘Important’ so your colleagues know how to interact with them accordingly.

Holding live demos
To do this, it is recommended that you invite attendees to your own Zoom, Google Hangouts or Microsoft Teams video meeting. Arrange specific times to run your live demo with multiple attendees.

Team training
Ensure your team familiarise themselves with the online platform, including the networking facility before the event. You’ll be able to view a demo here.
