This prominent group of industry thought leaders will discuss the role organisations and governments play in ensuring a balance between disappearing jobs, new roles and reskilling, and the key principles of good work and people empowerment that will enable organisations to thrive.

Anton Riolo, Head of Content for CIPD Events, said: “The increased anxiety surrounding the future of jobs and the economy can only be tackled if businesses, employers and policymakers work together to make good work a societal outcome. We are therefore delighted to welcome Carolyn and the CBI to this important opening panel – where the biggest players in the world of work come together to discuss how we can achieve a sustainable future where people and organisations can continue to thrive”.
